2. Posting Vouchers
You are responsible for all vouchers that you post for sale, swap, or donate on the site. You represent and warrant that you have the right to sell the vouchers and that the vouchers do not violate any applicable laws or regulations. Only valid vouchers may be offered for sale; posting invalid or fraudulent vouchers will result in a lifetime ban, and the activity will be reported to local authorities. Voucher.ie reserves the right to delete your listing with or without cause as we occasionally audit vouchers that have been listed for sale.
3. Fees
Voucher.ie will charge a fee for each voucher sold on the site. You will be responsible for paying any applicable taxes. The fees charged are subject to change without notice.
4. Refunds
We will not offer refunds for vouchers sold on the site unless the voucher was issued directly by Voucher.ie staff.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without cause.
6. Buying Vouchers
Users can browse categories and purchase vouchers from a variety of vendors. It is the user’s responsibility to check the validity of a voucher listed for sale on the site.
7. Deleting an Account
If you wish to cancel your account, you can do so through the profile tab. For information regarding your «right to be forgotten,» see our privacy policy. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Voucher.ie and supersede any prior agreements.
