Raffle Terms, Conditions, and Rules
Eligibility
The raffle is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Voucher.ie are ineligible to participate.
Entry
To enter the raffle, participants must provide a valid email address through the official entry form on https://voucher.ie/. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
Raffle Period
The raffle begins on 22/12/23 and ends on 31/01/24. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
Prize
The prize consists of vouchers totaling up to 500 euros. The vouchers are not redeemable for cash or transferable.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries within 7 days of the raffle closing date. The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry within 14 days after the selection.
Claiming the Prize
The winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified time frame will result in disqualification, and another winner will be selected.
Publicity
By participating, the winner agrees to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the raffle without additional compensation.
Privacy
Participant's personal information will be collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy https://voucher.ie/privacy-policy. Email addresses collected will only be used for raffle purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
Changes and Termination
Voucher.ie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the raffle at any time without notice.
Legal Compliance
The raffle is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Liability
Voucher.ie is not liable for any technical issues, lost, late, or incomplete entries, or any damages or losses incurred in connection with the raffle.
Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the raffle constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.
